Senior Project / Programme Manager | Dublin | Hybrid | Permanent

Hiring on behalf of a scaling digital business seeking a Senior Project / Programme Manager to own delivery across a complex technical platform while managing an ongoing modernisation programme.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform delivery across web and mobile
• Own the roadmap, balancing new features, technical debt, and platform stability
• Manage legacy modernisation while introducing modern capabilities including AI and analytics
• Act as the central delivery point across engineering, design, commercial, and external partners
• Break ambiguous initiatives into clear milestones with owners and exit criteria
• Use data and SQL to investigate issues, validate decisions, and report on platform health
• Lead incident management — resolution, communication, and post-incident review
• Own RAG reporting and risk management across the programme

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical or Engineering Programme Management
• Proven track record modernising legacy systems at scale
• Hands-on with SQL and analytics tooling
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable making prioritisation calls with incomplete information

Nice to have

• Web and mobile delivery experience
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product features
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Looker, GA4 or similar tools
